Jesus heals 10 people, but only one returns to give thanks. Does the one who returns get something that the others do not? What might be the benefits of being grateful?
Jesus heals the ten lepers in an unusual way, sending them away and they are healed while on the way. What new insight might this story give us about healing? What might it mean to be healed while “on the way” to somewhere else? Have you ever experienced blessings while looking for something else?
Where did the nine go? Presumably they finished Jesus’ instructions to go to the priest, and then went on their way. Are there blessings in your life that, as you look back, you did not notice or acknowledge? Can anything be done now? How much is gratitude a lifestyle for you? What can you do to make it more a lifestyle choice?
