Does it seem odd that Finance would be illustrated with a picture of communion vessels?
How often do we imagine that the church should be concerned about “spiritual” matters, leaving the practical side of life, things like checkbooks and budgets for someone else to manage. New members are often shocked to discover that the church has a business side, just like any institution. Really, we should give thanks for those who attend to this work!
Finances managed with integrity and professionalism:
Trinity’s ministries are supported by the financial contributions of its members. Thanks to our Finance ministry, members can contribute with confidence, knowing that every gift fulfills the purpose intended by the giver, and that Trinity’s finances are managed with integrity and professionalism.
Trinity’s financial management follows all appropriate nonprofit financial guidelines. With a Finance Committee to supervise budgets, investments, and spending, an Audit Committee conducting a yearly review, and money counters working in partnerships, Trinity manages this side of church life with integrity.
You can be part of this essential side of church life. Trinity needs member with professional expertise and interest in finance.
